Enhancing techniques to expand the scope of royal icing decorations. 

Focus on enhancing different types of decorating techniques. Each course includes different sets of skills and techniques. Choose the ones which meet your needs. The more techniques you learnt, the more possibilities and options when you design your own work in sugar crafts. More range of techniques helps you to explore deeper and wider innovative aspects of decorative sugar arts. These courses are suitable for those who have some basic experiences with royal icing. Some intermediate level courses also welcome those without any royal icing experience but have a passion, persistence and endurance.

無配方教學

Course duration: 8 hours and up Single Day Full-Day Course

People with zero experience in sugar decorations are welcome to attend this course.

If you wish to have punched holes for the cookies, please state your preference while registering for this course.

If you wish to make your own set of anti-drooling icing cookie for your baby, this course if your best choice.


Or if you are interested in decoration using fondant, the course content of this course is a combination of Royal Icing and fondant. Join this course and enjoy the healing looking swinging skirt.
 

Course Content:
3-dimensional tab filling techniques.

Learn how to use fondant, coloring fondant.

Applications and tools for fondant

Decorative effects with fondant buttons

3-dimensional bow-tie decorations

Airy effects of the fondant dress.

 

8 pieces of completed cookies with packaging, bag, red rope lines, anti-drooling card will be provided.

It’s a perfect gift occasion for yourself and for your friends.

 

For this intermediate level course, royal icings and cookies will be prepared beforehand, recipes will not be provided.
