不適合無糖霜相關經驗的學習對象,報名參加需具備糖霜基礎技巧

餅乾及糖霜配方將不提供,餅乾體及糖霜會在課前備至完成,內容專注在餅乾裝飾的製作

An upscale level of Royal Icing cookie decoration in which focus on enhancing techniques and skills to more in-depth and broadening its scope of possibilities.
With the decorating skills learned previously in basic and intermediate level courses, and with much more detailed methods, to represent a Royal Icing cookie that is much more meticulously and delicately designed.
Adding more elements, original ideas and ingredients into Royal Icing cookies decorations thus creates another new innovative path to new possibilities. Eventually completing the cookie piece that's out of the ordinaries which you can bring it home and take a look every now and then or even taste the cookie art of your own.

 

To be eligible to participate in this level, you must have some experiences with Royal Icing. Not suitable for beginners.
Patience and passion are required. 
​Recipes of cookies and Royal Icing will NOT be provided. The cookies and Royal Icings will be prepared before the course commence. Decorating the cookies is the main focus during the course session.

全日班 中午休息約一小時

結束時間依個人操作速度而定,建議課後勿安排行程

童年的你是否對可愛的家家酒玩具無法自拔?以迷你玩具為出發點的設計,除了展示框以外均使用可食用原料製作,壁櫃上的小配件還可以搖晃喔。

搭配著餅乾、糖霜、翻糖、彩繪這些甜蜜療癒的東西,一起來手作可食用的袖珍廚房吧。

學習內容:

透明玻璃效果-磅秤與壁櫃二種不同作法

背景糖霜抹面與花紋效果-可自選顏色

立體零件製作-可自選一種主色系,樣品主色調為藍色

掛牌可自行設計

濕式拉花-圓點、愛心、玫瑰、葉子

糖珠、糖砂運用

自製葉子花嘴與葉子擠花

編織籃

糖霜重疊拉線技巧

翻糖運用

組裝作品含框帶回

保存注意事項

此高階內容餅乾及糖霜由工作室備好,無配方教學

Course Duration: 9 hours and up

Course starts at 9:00AM.  Full day course with 1 hour lunch break. Please note that the class finish time is an estimation, actual finish time depends on individual progress.
 

Were you fascinated by those cute mini kitchenware toys when you were a kid? These mini toys are the original designing concept of this advanced-level course "Delicious Kitchen." Aside from the display framing, everything else is made from edible materials. The small accessories hanging on the wall cabinet can actually swing.

By using these sweet delicacies such as cookies, Royal icings, sugar fondants, and painting techniques, together let's make your own pocket-sized version of kitchen room.

Course Contents:

Transparent Glass Effect - Weighing Scale and Wall Cabinet two different methods.

Background coating with icing and stencil application (colour selection of your own) 
Decorative 3D components (main theme colour selection of your own, sample's main theme colour is blue)

A display sign with text which you may print your own choice
Wet-on-wet techniques - dots, hearts, rose, leaf.
Sugar-beads and sugar crystals application
DIY noodle for leaf and piping leaf.

The making and 3D assembly of Royal icing off-piece components Royal Icing over piping technique
Finished work will be framed into a custom made photo frame to take home.
​Work preservation and related need-to-knows will be explained.

For this advanced-level course, cookies and icings will be prepare beforehand. Recipes will not be provided.

To be eligible to register and participate in this course, you must have basic or some experiences working with Royal Icing previously.
