Enhancing techniques to expand the scope of royal icing decorations.
Focus on enhancing different types of decorating techniques. Each course includes different sets of skills and techniques. Choose the ones which meet your needs. The more techniques you learnt, the more possibilities and options when you design your own work in sugar crafts. More range of techniques helps you to explore deeper and wider innovative aspects of decorative sugar arts. These courses are suitable for those who have some basic experiences with royal icing. Some intermediate level courses also welcome those without any royal icing experience but have a passion, persistence and endurance.

玫瑰是擠花的入門花款,這並不代表玫瑰花非常容易上手,甚至需要大量的練習才能表現出玫瑰花的靈魂,但只要學會玫瑰花的技巧,代表你已經學會了80%的擠花技巧囉,無論應用訂單、創作作品、參加比賽,玫瑰花都是大眾接受度最高也容易搭配的花款。

Rose is the entry level when it comes to piping flowers. This does not mean it’s easy to master the skill of piping rose flowers, on the contrary, it requires a lot of practice to pipe out the ‘soul’ of rose. After you’ve mastered piping rose flowers, you have learned approx. 80% of all flower piping techniques. It’s useful for taking orders, creating your own pieces, or even joining competitions. Rose is a popular type of flower and accepted almost everywhere.
Course Contents:
Determining different level of Royal Icing consistencies
Piping Rose and Leaf
Multi-layers stacking assembly
Sugar beads application
Gradient colors technique
Classic plant vine
Dew droplets
Inscription position
3 pieces of cookie will be completed to bring home with packaging.
Using piping flowers on decorated cookie, adds dramatic effects results on both 3-dimensional and meticulous detailing visual presentation.
For this intermediate level course, royal icings and cookies will be prepared beforehand, recipes will not be provided.
People with basic experience in sugar decorations are welcome to attend this course.
