We are pleased to be able to offer a range of new sugar craft courses. The courses have been developed by PME and are taught by one of our senior cake decorators. The PME Professional Diploma has been specifically designed to help students develop their own cake decorating skills and ideas and for many this additional confidence opens the opportunities to decorate cakes as a business.
